The CEMS 1200 system consists of a gaseous pollutant monitoring sub-system, a particulate matter monitoring sub-system, a flue gas parameter monitoring sub-system and a data acquisition and processing sub-system. It can continuously monitor SO, NOx, O2, CO, CO2, HCI, soot (particulate matter) concentration, flue gas flow rate, flue gas pressure, flue gas humidity and many other relevant parameters as well as statistical emission rates and total emissions.

2. High measurement accuracy
The measurement of SO2 and NOx is carried out by the hot-wet method (temperature between 120°C and 200°C can be set), avoiding the inaccuracy of the measurement due to the absorption of SO2 by condensate and the corrosion of the instrument by the formation of sulphite.
SO2 and NOx gas analysis using differential absorption spectroscopy (DOAS), effectively addressing the effects of water, dust and other factors on measurement accuracy.
